Ripreso dal basso il ponte sul Tusciano dal quale, provenendo da Salerno si fa ingresso a Battipaglia. Il ponte appare distrutto e sul greto del fiume appaiono i resti di un carro armato tedesco modello panzer IV successivamente inglobato nel cemento del nuovo basamento del ponte oggi denominato Ponte della Speranza The footage shows the bridge over the Tusciano River taken from below, marking the entrance to Battipaglia when coming from Salerno. The bridge appears destroyed and, on the riverbed below, the remains of a German Panzer IV tank can be seen. These remains were later incorporated into the concrete foundation of the new bridge structure, today known as the ‘Bridge of Hope’.
